    The Kemps can't go any further than John, a labourer, who died 27-Jul-1849 in Hunstanton, Norfolk, England. He had married Rose Mary Mitchell in Hunstanton in 1815 but we don't know where he was born. It would have been around 1787 and according to the 1841 census it was in Norfolk.

    May Softley (née Kemp), born 20-May-1883 in Ringstead, Norfolk.

    Sally's grandmother was May Kemp, John Kemp's great granddaughter, pictured below.
